1. Data Collection & Processing
We collect user registration details (name, email address, phone number) and pet health metrics (weight, allergy profiles, immunization logs) to provide optimal tracking. Clinic leads are collected solely to verify clinical registration. All processing operations comply with GDPR (EU) and KVKK (Turkey) standards.
2. Third-Party SDK Integrations
To optimize attribution, analytics, and user notifications, our services integrate industry-standard SDKs: Firebase (for cloud database sync, application crash analytics, and secure authorization) and AppsFlyer (for mobile deep-linking and conversion measurement). These SDKs process data in accordance with their respective privacy standards.

Under GDPR and KVKK rules, you retain the absolute right to request the complete deletion of your profile and data records. You can request deletion directly in the mobile app settings panel. Alternatively, submit a data erasure request by emailing our privacy team at support@cloudpaw.com or filling out our contact form. Deletion operations are executed securely within 48 hours.
